Total Body Burn is a HIIT class guaranteed to keep your heart rate up and your muscles burning. This 30 min class will hit on ALL parts of the body and leave you wanting more.
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
Cardio Strength takes both a cardio work out and a weight training work out and mashes them together. This 30 min class will use both body weight, Kettlebells, Free weights and bands. If you don't have a item at home, don't worry, it can easily be switched out to make a work out work any where!! Full body work out that can be done in a tight time frame.
