Kids Yoga 

Join Certified Kids’ Yoga Instructor Rachel Crowther as she introduces children to yoga and mindfulness using songs, dancing, games, stories and crafts. We will explore yoga postures, mindful breathing and mindfulness. Each class is uniquely themed to engage kids ages 5-12 in yoga and mindfulness using play and hands on learning.
Rachel is a 200 RYT Registered Yoga Teacher as well as RCYT-Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher and Certified Advanced Kidding Around Yoga yoga instructor. A core belief of Rachel’s is to introduce kids to yoga through mindful play. Singing, dancing, games and stories appropriate for each age group makes every class unique and fun.
