Teen + Youth Yoga
Introduce your teen to yoga with this young adult focused yoga class. Students will learn the fundamental yoga postures in a supportive and non-competitive environment while focusing on breath awareness and body positivity.
Kids Yoga Camp
Two 3 week sessions Register for Session A or B or just drop into a class. Classes held 3:30-5:30. Appropriate for ages 5-11 years old.
Every class offers a complete, age-appropriate Yoga practice including breathing instruction, relaxation techniques, stretching and strengthening poses, all using fun-filled music, games, and imagination. Our kids yoga classes will get children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, and storytelling ALL while practicing Yoga.
