End your day in the best way: stretching, gentle movements and guided breathing. This 60 minute all levels Hatha Yoga class will help you prepare for a peaceful night's sleep. We end each class in an extended Savasana to allow for greater stillness and meditation.
This class is a great compliment to any fitness program. All levels and experience are welcome. Combine gentle flows and lengthening movements to stretch and release tension. This class involves gentle Vinyasa and moderate stretching for a quick 30-minute yoga experience.
Rise and Shine Vinyasa
Wake up with the sun! This all levels Vinyasa focused flow will get your day started in the very best way. Build strength, find your balance and link your breath to your movement, moving from one posture to another while building balance and strength.
Practice self love, self care and take some time for yourself. This all levels Hatha Yoga practice is great for those who are seeking a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, and well-supported practice.
Introduce your family to the benefits of yoga. Kids classes are designed for ages 5-12 and teen classes for ages 13-18. Our trained staff will meet your kids at their level, combining music, singing, dancing and games as a fun way to experience yoga.
Build a personal yoga practice with hands on adjustments, custom tailored yoga sequences designed to build confidence, deepen your personal practice. Private classes are designed for 1-3 individuals. We also host private yoga events and parties. Inquire for details.

Total Body Burn
Total Body Burn is a HIIT class guaranteed to keep your heart rate up and your muscles burning. This 30 min class will hit on ALL parts of the body and leave you wanting more.
Cardio Strength takes both a cardio work out and a weight training work out and mashes them together. This 30 min class will use both body weight, Kettlebells, Free weights and bands. If you don't have a item at home, don't worry, it can easily be switched out to make a work out work any where!! Full body work out that can be done in a tight time frame.
Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. Along with the core we will concentrate on the glutes and legs to give our body the support system we need for better posture and support. No More lower back complaints, lets strengthen Great for ALL Levels of fitness.

Cardio drumming takes a simple movement - drumming - and turns it into a full-body workout that will leave you smiling, sweating, and feeling great. Great for all levels of fitness. Can easily accommodate those with physical limitations or injuries.
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
